Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping. If you need your order urgently, choose expedited shipping at checkout. The price will be dependent on the weight of the product.

Orders typically ship out within one to two business days. Shipping times may be affected during public holidays/pandemic season and this is unfortunately out of our control. Once the items are ready to be shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your order has been dispatched. Keadworld will not be responsible for costs incurred due to customs duties.

Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing order. Once item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for package. We are unable to refund or replace stolen or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We are not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will incur a re-shipping fee.

All applicable return custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
